Working with an adaptive athlete (I am missing my right hand) is no easy task, but Brooke loves the challenge and loves to learn how to make things better for her clients. I have been doing CrossFit for 10 years and up until I met Brooke I never realized how much accessory work and scaling workouts can help you make huge strides in your fitness goals. She helped me train and coached me through the CrossFit Games in 2021 and 2022 and Wodapalooza in 2020 and 2022. She also now has been helping me workout safely during pregnancy.
