What we offer
Semi Private Training
+
RISE Class Access
You no longer have to feel pressure to do what everyone else is doing. We offer individual programs that help you reach your goals and unlock your potential.
You will be in a small group with no more than four people to one coach guiding you through your workout.
You also have access to our special RISE classes, up to 3 times a week.
RISE is a 45-minute workout that includes cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, and more.
It’s the best of both worlds, personal training with friends.
One-on-one Remote Programming
Our signature individual training programs for those who are interested in our approach but cannot regularly visit our gym due to distance.

Hi, I’m Brooke!
I'm an Arizona native. Growing up I was a competitive swimmer, training 3-4 times a day during high school on an Olympic Trials prep team. This led to an inevitable burnout which caused me to leave the sport before starting college.
After graduating college I felt lost and unmotivated in the gym, until I found a high intensity bootcamp on Groupon. Here I regained my love of fitness and knew my goal was to help others.

​Through working with many individuals over the years I’ve found I have a knack for newbies. I love helping people brand new or who those have been out of the gym for a while build their strength, confidence and much more. Starting a new program can be intimidating but my goal is to take the fear out of it and help you get into a routine you enjoy!
Certifications: ISSA Personal Trainer, Active Life Immersion, CrossFit L1 & L2, CrossFit Kids, CPR + AED
